Mirmorax’ experienced service and software engineers have accumulated knowledge and experience from servicing our systems, as well as taking part in the development of the technology.
We offer our clients training in operation and data analysis of our products, so that they can benefit from the large quantity of available data, depending on their needs.
In addition to product-related knowledge, our service engineers have extensive experience with operational aspects across different installations. This information enables the operator to build unique knowledge on their own installation, but also benefiting from Mirmorax’ past operational experience.
Mirmorax offer calibration services for their Oil in Water monitoring systems, either on-site or remotely where clients have remote access.
Calibration services include inline calibration, based on existing available reference systems, or with the use of Mirmorax’ own portable sampling system for collecting high quality volumetric representative samples.

On rare occasion when intervention is required, Mirmorax engineers are there to provide maintenance support on all its Multiphase Sampling and Oil in Water Monitoring Systems. Ongoing maintenance training and dedicated service agreements are also provided to ensure that operators generate maximum value from Mirmorax’ solutions.
During inspections and re-certifications on our Subsea Multiphase Sampling systems with a ROV, we also offer maintenance and refurbishment of the systems at the same time. This ensures full functionality during operations, and the highest quality operations for the sampling system in use.

Our experienced senior engineers have worked in the field for decades. They have extensive experience in interpreting and validating data, and turning it into valuable knowledge for operators. In some cases this may involve an analysis of the Oil in Water monitoring installation for optimized functionality. In other cases it may require long-term extensive analysis of the data to help the client understand the effectiveness of external processes, such as water purification, or metering uncertainties due to varying flow regimes.
